Know Your Attorneys

Dan is a local attorney who has handled a variety of legal cases during his legal career and has handled cases throughout the State including: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Orange, Brevard, Miami-Dade, Duval, and Leon.  He is licensed and admitted to practice in every court in the State of Florida.

Born in Pensacola in 1985, Dan has been proud to call the Panhandle his home ever since.  A graduate of Pensacola High School's International Baccalaureate Program, he spent much of his free time playing sports and lettered in Soccer, Football, and Track.  Upon graduating high school, Dan enrolled at the University of West Florida and earned a degree in Legal Studies in 2009.  While at the University of West Florida, he made the Dean's List an incredible seven times and was inducted into the school's Intramural Hall of Fame for his outstanding leadership, service, and athletic accomplishments.

Dan graduated from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in the Spring of 2012.  During law school he was part of the National Negotiation Team as well as the winner of numerous Negotiation Competitions.  He also worked an Internship during his second year with attorney David R. Thomas in Defuniak Springs, Florida.  During his third year in law school, Dan worked with Alabama Legal Services, helping to represent elderly, underserved, and indigent clients.

Dan worked as an "Of Counsel" doing BP Oilspill work with the nationally recognized Nations Firm and Rueb & Motta.  Following his work on BP cases, Dan then worked for almost three years handling personal injury cases at Zarzaur Law, PA, working with the well-respected trial attorney Joe Zarzaur. 

Dan continues to live in the area, residing in East Hill, Pensacola, and can often be seen around town including at Lions Park, playing in the local adult kickball leagues there.  He is often seen enjoying a Wahoo's baseball game or one of the other festive activities that Downtown Pensacola provides.

Geoffrey Joseph is a native of Pensacola, with his family ties in the local community dating back eight generations. Geoff attended Washington High School and eventually moved to Tennessee to study and play soccer at Maryville College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History. Geoff then attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where he received the Pro Bono Honors certificate for hundreds of unpaid hours of legal service to the community, as well as the Legal Research and Writing Certificate. 

After law school, Geoff returned to Pensacola to take a job at the Office of the State Attorney before he began working at Crawford Law, where he handled personal injury and criminal defense cases. Having had numerous jury trials and an uncountable number of motion hearings in Escambia County and Santa Rosa County, Geoff possesses valuable experience in the courtroom litigating cases for his clients. 

Geoff works with our Firm as an attorney fighting for our clients in both personal injury and criminal defense cases.  Geoff provides zealous advocacy for all of his clients and makes it a priority to keep clients fully informed about their case through consistent communication. When he's not at work, you can find him and his wife taking their two children to the beach.
